My Story

Hi, I'm Gianna.

I'm an Online Business Manager and AI Operations Strategist who helps visionary entrepreneurs turn big ideas into organized, scalable businesses. I've always been drawn to people with big visions — the ones dreaming beyond what's already been built.

That path led me far beyond a traditional business career. I spent time living in Guatemala, helping build a sovereign community with the long-term vision of creating a DAO supported by blockchain infrastructure. Along the way, I worked closely with entrepreneurs, community leaders, and founders from all kinds of industries. I picked up bookkeeping and financial operations naturally with some of the small businesses, leading to my incredible path of passion.

I noticed the same challenge over and over again: the vision was clear, but the operational foundation was missing. Businesses were growing without documented processes, streamlined workflows, or systems that could support them long term.

Today, I help founders all over the world build the structure behind their vision through operations, AI automations, SOPs, and scalable systems — creating businesses that grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.
